TO ALL RESIDENTS

 

Please be advised that Lac Ste. Anne County has received numerous complaints regarding the use of Off Highway Vehicles. Most of the complaints have been reported from the multi-parcel subdivisions within Lac Ste. Anne County.

 

Lac Ste. Anne County has a Bylaw in place that outlines the allowed use(s) of these Off Highway Vehicles within the boundaries of Lac Ste. Anne County. Persons failing to comply with the provisions of the Bylaw are guilty of an offence under The Traffic Safety Act and/or any related Alberta regulations.
